It happened finally in 2007 and supoosedly to happen once again in 2008. It's normal to see that when you sit down on New Year's Eve to jot down weight loss challenges for the coming year. They are like resolutions, you realize many people carried over from the year before. And the year before that. And the year before that. Yes, this is the ultimate weight loss challenge!

Why do most of us have weight loss resolutions that we might never accomplish. Goals we set at the beginning of the year, trying all hard to actually see some results out of our efforts on fitness workouts, fad diets, low carb dieting, running and jogging, toning exercises and so on. Big stuff that we just can't seem to get done, but don't want to give up on either.

The advent of a new year is filled with promise and expectation; it's almost as if we get one giant fresh start. It is a liberating time, which lends itself to making resolutions that may not be realistic in the context of our lives, our bodies and our overall weight loss plans. Some tips to get you motivated once again to take the challenge:-

 1. Break It Down. There are many steps on the path to a great fit body.. If your resolution is to lose twenty-five pounds this year, you'll first have to lose pound number one. When you focus on the goal of twenty-five pounds lost, it can be overwhelming - so much so that you might wait until August to start a weight loss program! Remember, small changes do make a lot of difference. So, instead of writing down "lose twenty-five pounds this year," you might write, "lose two pounds a month." Two pounds a month is more than doable; it can be achieved by making small changes. Now, the overall goal becomes doable.

2.Be informative.  You can't plan and achieve if you havn't still got the best information and weight loss strategies up your sleeves. C'mon, there are some pretty good ways to lose weight fast. Be informed, take a look around, see our article on weight loss scams to be avoided, be motivaed, plan , strategise on how to lose weight fast and get started as soon as posible! I am sure, this year is gonna be different than previous ones for you.

3.Make adjustments in life. Once you have your strategies set, it's time to make room for them in your life. Your next step is to identify how much time this new endeavor will take, how to adjust your time for workouts or exercises, how and where you can fit it into your schedule. And all that dieting stuff is to be planned as well.If you determine you just don't have the time to start full fledged, you can modify the goal or choose some better weight loss strategies that may take some less time until you can make it work in your life without having to make sweeping changes. When the process of attaining a goal seems too difficult or stressful, the resolution will surely return to next year's list.

4.Get Support. Involving family and friends in your resolutions is an excellent way to ensure you accomplish your goal. A support network can help you make room in your schedule by babysitting or taking over one of your household tasks.Assemble a team of people to support you and cheer you on. Accountability is a huge motivator. By letting even one person in on your goal, you create accountability. Even better, getting a buddy to work on the resolution with you is a fun way to improve your chances of keeping your resolve.Remember the Chinese proverb, "the journey of 1,000 miles begins with one step."

5.Avoid mistakes.Remember the quickest weight loss system on the planet is not merely stopping eating. When you stop eating and dramatically reduce your calorie intake , even if you do it as following any of the programs on low carb diets , your body reacts in a way it has been programmed to through evolution. As soon as your calorie intake is significantly reduced , your body thinks a famine is coming.This means it starts to store fat and put weight on to ensure you survive the famine.
And storing fat and gaining weight is not what your weight loss program is about , is it?


6. Exercise,exercise,exercise One of my favorites exercises is taking the stairs instead of the elevator when I am out. This ensures I get some nice free exercise and burn some extra calories. It really helps a lot to all those in do low carb diets work related programs. Also, it requires least amount of activity for all your 3 week rapid weight loss related programs to actually produce good results, if you have good metabolism rate.
Also, an efective and fast result producing quick weight loss diets strategy can be strength training.I don't understand why people get bored out of their exercises. You should be liking it. Clean your house (changing bedding is great exercise!).

7. Learn from celebrities Why do Celebrities always look fabulous ? Do they actually comfortably try any quick weight loss workouts or low carb diets work related programs ? Whether appearing in television or films or strutting down the red carpet during movie premiers and awards, they never cease to fascinate us with their larger than life presence.

Setting smaller resolutions increases your chances of attaining them and gets you closer to the goal. Set realistic, doable weight loss challenges and then get the time and support you need to accomplish them. By next New Year's Eve, you'll have made tremendous changes in your life because small changes can produce big results.
